In April 2019 I traveled to Raleigh, North Carolina, where I gave a presentation during WordCamp Raleigh 2019. The topic was using meditation to improve your mental health and help achieve a better work-life balance. Included was my personal story of how a daily meditation practice has helped my personally and professionally.
